Debuting in 2000, Mischief was the Hunter Scott Custom 36 ExpressCruiser. Her sleek exterior, broad beam and extremely generous accommodations offer the express buyer a vessel of extraordinary value. Powered with a Cat 420 horsepower diesel, she is one of our best performing yachts. Her popularity as an express cruiser combined with her traditional Downeast style makes her one of the most attractive designs available. Her sleek lines will turn heads anywhere she goes! She premiered at the 2000 Newport Boat Show and was a real showstopper. The sea trials exceeded our high expectations. She handled beautifully with a top speed of 27 knots and cruises comfortably at 23 knots.

Building a custom boat with Hunter Scott was a marvelous experience. Our new Hunter Scott Express 36 was delivered as budgeted and we were sea trialing her 3 weeks before the due date. To really appreciate the quality of a boat built by Hunter, you need to get down in the engine room and inspect the engine, electrical, and mechanical installations. We have run over 1500 miles in the last three months and have not encountered a single problem. I don't think you would find that with a production boat.
